Hello!! Every time I get a new interesting Mike Oldfield item, I will put it first in this page. I hope they will be vinyl becuase it's the material I prefer.

I found a lot of rare items in year 2001: three Don Alfonso vinyl 7'' singles with picture sleeve, Mirage 2lp bootleg or yellow vinyl Guilty from Portugal:

21 December 2001: My 7'' vinyl single number 250. Very rare item: the very first Mike Oldfield single from South Africa !!

11 December 2001: New american single: Magic Touch / The Wind Chimes (Part 2) !!

22 November 2001: American single. I paid only $2, very cheap. It's an old single, from 1976, with songs Portsmouth and Argiers !!

16 November 2001: This is not one more single, this is THE SINGLE. One of the rarest Mike Oldfield items: german single from 1975, Don Alfonso (deutsche version) / In Dulci Jubilo 13927-AT. I paid "only" 500 german marks !!

12 November 2001: I received today the last portuguese single that I need: The Time has Come. Thanks Jon !!

2 November 2001: Today is Saint Mike Oldfield in Barcelona. It means today there is a very important record fair in Barcelona. I bought some items, but the most important is this beautiful and mega rare yellow vinyl from Portugal. It's the only one Oldfield coloured 7'' vinyl single and one of the rarest Oldfield items !!

15 October 2001: Absolutely rare single. It's the only known single from Turkey: In Dulci Jubilo / On Horseback. Mega rare !!

21 September 2001: Two days before my wedding I received a very interesting canadian single year 1975: Theme from Ommadawn and On Horseback. Thanks Stephen !!

7 September 2001: Very interesting canadian old single: Porstmouth and Argiers, year 1976 !!

3 September 2001: Four new singles: two from New Zealand and two from South Africa. You can see here picture of Crime of Passion from South Africa and Family Man from New Zealand !!

27 August 2001: I paid $250 for this single: Don Alfonso french pressing with picture sleeve. Mint condition cover and vinyl. No words...

20 August 2001: Very beautiful sampler from Japan, Virgin Sound. Songs by Robert Wyatt, Gong, Tangerine Dream, Henry Cow, etc. By Mike Oldfield we can listen three extracts: from Tubular Bells, from Hergest Ridge and from Orchestral Tubular Bells !!

3 August 2001: South african singles are very difficult to find. Today I received one: Arrival / Wonderful Land !!

30 July 2001: Mega rare and hard to find australian promotional single year 1974 from Hergest Ridge LP. A lot of writting on label, but it's an interesting item !!

23 July 2001: One 3'' cd-single, Amarok X-Track and one very rare quadraphonic and promotional LP, Ommadawn. !!

9 July 2001: I received today a packet with 5 singles from Sweden. Here you can see pictures of a couple of them. THANKS JENS !!

6 July 2001: A new Tubular Bells for my own collection. This is quadraphonic !!

15 June 2001: Interesting big packet from Germany with 1 single, 1 maxi and 6 LP's. Single is australian Take-4, maxi is Woman of Ireland promo from England. LP's are The Killing Fields from Argentina ("Los Gritos del Silencio"), Tubular Bells Half-Speed Mastered and Hergest Ridge american and promotional. Also 3 collaborations: Tom Newman "Faerie Symphony", Lol Coxhill "Ear of Beholder" and Michael Polnareff "Kamasutra". Here you can see some pictures:

14 June 2001: I received today 6 singles from New Zealand. One of them is this Cuckoo Song:

13 June 2001: Today I found in Barcelona record shops one very interesting Mike Oldfield item: "V, Las Cosas del Virgin Sound". It's an old sampler, year 1975, and it's the only vinyl which plays Don Alfonso extended version !!

11 June 2001: Very beautiful single unique cover from Holland: Wonderful Land. Thanks again to Fernando !!

8 June 2001: Today I have a new single from Ireland, Pictures in the Dark. The seller is in Spain some days on holidays and we met each other in Barcelona city center. This single is a gift to me. THANKS TOM !!

30 May 2001: Mega rare double LP bootleg Mirage. A jewel. Only 500 copies in the world of this Viena show on 20/7/1981. Very rare !!

29 May 2001: Big packet with seven south african Mike Oldfield vinyl 7'' singles. Here you can see some of them:

28 May 2001: An incredible rare item for my own collection. Nobody heard before about this single and nowadays I don't meet any collector who has this item. It's a very rare promotional mexican single with the same song on side A and B. The song is "CENTINELA" (Sentinel) !!

23 May 2001: Two japanese LP's: Tubular Bells and The Complete. Thanks Masaharu !!

22 May 2001: Two more singles: Take-4 from New Zealand and Family Man from Australia. A gift from one of the biggest collectors, Fernando. Thanks a lot !!

18 May 2001: Australian single (On Horseback / In Dulci Jubilo) and one 3'' CD (Earth Moving) !!

8 May 2001: One portuguese single, Guilty (not yellow vinyl) and the mega rare Take-4 from Germany. ¿Why mega rare? In Germany appeared only a few copies of Take-4, but all them with a big mistake: Take-4 picture cover with Guilty german vinyl inside !!

27 April 2001: I hate CDs. I only like vinyl. But these 3'' CD are beautiful, so I bought them: Moonlight Shadow and Innocent !!

26 April 2001: This vinyl was made this year, in 2001. It's Ommadawn limited edition in vinyl 180 gr. The original Ommadawn was recorded 25 years ago !!

7 April 2001: Big an very interesting packet with some rare items: australian maxi limited edition Guilty, Mike Oldfield's single from Canada, single Wonderful Land from Portugal, rare Etude from Argentina and one very rare flexi disc: The Wind Chimes. Some images:

23 March 2001: Very rare argentine single and very hard to find: ASUNTO EXTRANJERO / CRISIS. And the price was incredible: I only paid $1 for it + $5 postage = $6 !!

22 March 2001: I'm only interested in some rare CD's, only a few. Today I received a rare promotional CD from USA: A Virgin Compilation !!

28 February 2001: Very rare promotional german single from 1981: Arrival / Wonderful Land. It comes with a rare promo sheet !!

25 January 2001: Arrival / Polka from Germany and Family Man / Family Man promo from USA !!

19 January 2001: I have 10 copies of this single from different countries: Moonlight Shadow / Rite of Man from Holland. I also have the same single from Australia, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Portugal, England, Yugoslavia and Mexico !!

17 January 2001: Old LP with Mike and Sally Oldfield: Children of the Sun. I have this LP three times, with different covers !!

3 January 2001: Probably the best packet in my life: 7 vinyl singles, 3 maxis and 1 LP.
