Hello!! Every time I get a new interesting Mike Oldfield item, I will put it first in this page. I hope they will be vinyl becuase it's the material I prefer.

So if you have seen my entire collection, you don't have to go to the main index to see my new arrivals.

Year 2005 I added some very interesting gems to my collection as 7'' Two Ships promo copy, a couple of singles from Zimbabawe, Platinum spanish testpressing lp, Ommmadawn USA acetate lp, the megarare Platinum Metal Master Plates from Germany, my first award (Crises from Greece), etc:

25 November 2005: Some beautiful new items for my own collection: a) 7'' italian Moonlight Shadow jukebox single, b) 7'' italian Islands jukebox single, c) very rare korean Tubular Bells pirate LP in very rare green cover, d) very rare australian Tubular Bells promo LP, e) very rare australian Discovery promo LP, f) Heaven's Open LP from Poland in beautiful Muza label and g) very interesting The Killing Fields press kit with 12 black&white photos and a lot of information about the movie. 9 November 2005: Long time trying to find some Mike Oldfield postcards from Poland. I received a couple of them today. Titles are Blue Peter and Shine. They are bootleg items and don't play very well, but it is an interesting addition to my collection. Here you can see them !!

5 November 2005: Barcelona record fair. With my big Oldfield collection is difficult to find interesting items to buy. This time only one vinyl maxi: Tricks of the Light from Italy and a couple of promotional cd-singles, one of them is Surfing from the last album Light+Shade !!

21 October 2005: Interesting Incantations 2LP from New Zealand. It includes a free EP Take Four inside !!

19 October 2005: Mike Oldfield released a new double album, Light + Shade weeks ago. Here you can see promotional double cd with 5 pages info sheet !!

17 October 2005: Today I received a very rare and old single: 1969 Two Ships / Colours of the World by The SallyAngie (Sally and Mike Oldfield). This single is very hard to find and usually as a normal stock copy. But this copy is a PROMO ADVANCED COPY. Check the A label to see the big "A" in the left side. First time I see a copy like this (and it is an item not included in Rainer's lists) !!

22 August 2005: One of my big dreams as a Mike Oldfield collector was to have an original award and here it is. I'm very proud to present official gold disc awarded by Virgin Records Greece to Mike Oldfield for 25.000 sales of Crises in 1985 !!

27 July 2005: A couple of very interesting items. Promotional Tubular Bells II from Brazil and Testpressing Amarok from Greece !!

29 June 2005: Very rare blinking lamp. Thanks a lot to my german friend Ralf. Touch the lamp with your mouse and you will see the effect !! ;-)

21 April 2005: Ultra mega rare double Metal Master Plates Platinum LP from Germany (matrix number 201206-320) !!

2 April 2005: This weekend I visited Barcelona record fair. I bought some normal items for my own collection and a big jewel. The normal items are 3 vinyl lps: Five Miles Out from Canada, The Complete from Canada and The Complete from Yugoslavia. The big jewel is... and incredible Ommadawn USA ACETATE by Columbia !!

26 March 2005: I received four packets during this week, but I had no time to update my website. Now, thanks to Easter holidays, I found some time to listen my new items and to update my website. They are five new vinyl lps: very rare promotional and unreleased quadraphonic Ommadawn from UK, Platinum from Israel, two Discovery from Venezuela (one of them with a mispressed B label by Culture Club!) and Amarok from Germany (thanks Pedro!) !!

26 February 2005: Very happy day in my life as a vinyl collector. I received a double Exposed lp from Australia which was offered as a PROMO item. But I had an incredible surprise when I opened the packet and I discovered that the item was a TESTPRESSING !!

9 February 2005: I'm very happy today because I received two very rare singles from Zimbabwe that I paid 3 months ago. They were sent SURFACE, that was the problem. Fortunately, they finally arrived: Moonlight Shadow and Pictures in the Dark, both singles from Zimbabwe !!
